To all my recent broken relationship peeps…

I just wanted to check in with you today and offer some relief from the day-to-day turmoil I know you’re going through. Found a great TED talk video I know you’re going to like and it’ll (with any luck) get you some peace and focus with what you’re dealing with.

It’s by a Psychologist called Guy Winch from April 2017 and I just stumbled across it totally by accident. It offers some great advice, so I thought I’ve got to share this with you all… even if it only gets you focusing on the right things or points you in the right direction to help you start dealing with stuff quicker than you would have, it’s got to be worth it.
